If you are a promising and resourceful American citizen hoping to establish a new and exciting career in business, government loans are a great place to start investigating your financing options. The government offers hundreds of generous financial investment opportunities for enterprising Americans of all ages, races, religions, genders and ethnic groups, as well as a surprising amount of free government money in business grants.

If you are determined enough to locate the local government agencies that offer this assistance in your area, and determine which types of funding you are eligible to qualify for, there is a great possibility that you can begin operating your new business establishment within as little as a few weeks, without having to spend a single cent out of pocket to cover your start up costs.

There are two basic procedures used while utilizing business government loans. The first, and usually applied to businesses of smaller capacities, is a direct government business loan. This is a moderately sized, repayable cash award that is given directly from the government to you. The interest rate is favorable low and payments are made directly to the government. In some cases the monthly payment amount will fluctuate accordingly to profit margin, of course requiring you to provide monthly progress reports on your business to the government. You, in some instances, may be able to make a pre-set payment amount agreement and forgo the monthly reports all together.

The second commonly applied procedure is to acquire a government secured bank loan. This is a practice generally executed when negotiating business government loans with larger businesses or corporations. This procedure is a bit different. The government itself does not actually loan you the funds. What they do instead is guarantee an outside lender that if you are to default on your loan, the government will back you up and foot the bill. Perhaps not entirely, but depending upon the strength and odds of success your business proves to show, it can sometimes be up to one hundred percent. The larger your government backing, the lower your interest rate will be. In either case, government secured business loans will eliminate the requirement for collateral.

The third and most desirable form of government financial aid is the business grant. While much more difficult to achieve than business government loans, they are much more favorable investment opportunities because they are loans from the government that you don’t ever have to repay. Virtually free government money that is invested into developing your business. The grant writing process is long, tedious, and very detailed, but the rewards are too great to dismiss the opportunity of achieving one, or several government small business grants.

Depending upon exactly what type of business you are interested in establishing, you may qualify for one, two, or even all three of these magnificent free government money opportunities to help get your business up and running. The government is more than willing to help you… let them.

If you are like me, and a high percentage of other US citizens today, you may be sick of your job, your boss, or just punching the clock every morning. New business grants can be your ticket out of the rat race and into the comfort and fulfillment of becoming your own boss. There is an enormous amount of free government money available to taxpaying US citizens, who qualify, to help in funding the necessary materials, training and staffing needed to establish a new privately owned business.

What’s even more amazing is that nearly everyone is qualified to apply for these programs. Most people who are American citizens over the age of eighteen are eligible to apply for cash awards in up to tens of thousands of dollars in new business grants and don’t even know it. If you are one of these people, sick of working for someone else, perhaps an online search of available funding in your area is in order. That’s what I did and the opportunities I found myself potentially eligible for are astounding. In one simple search I found so many types of funding, for so many types of businesses, or careers that I would be interested in pursuing.

I’m going to list only the ones that sparked my individual interests, but I must let you know that in addition to these, there are literally dozens of other potential business opportunities one can take advantage of while utilizing funding made possible by new business grants.

Grants for Day Care Centers – You can receive funding to establish an at home or facility based day care center. Cash awards may be funded to purchase books, toys, nutritional and dietary training, staffing and staff training, advertising and inspection costs and fees. This type of business may be appealing to parents, like myself, who have a constant need for child care. Imagine being able to work with your child beside you? Incredible.

Grants for Home Based Businesses – This is amazing. You can actually receive a business grant, or several, to finance the required equipment and supplies to start a business in your home. You can purchase things like office furniture, computer equipment and software, office supplies, and much more, for your home. The government will actually buy qualified individuals these items in order to enable them to work from home. Providing of course that you have some type of verifiable profit generating business that makes use of said items, but what type of business it is, is entirely up to you to decide.

Grants for Real Estate Development – Wow, you can achieve hundreds of thousands of dollars in free government money to buy, rehabilitate, and then rent or sell property. I was floored to find that the US government actually considers this to be an aid to urban development. They are more than happy to dish out millions to people who prove to be able to rehabilitate their communities and provide quality housing in areas where it’s needed. *This is how Donald trump got started.

In a nutshell, the money is there for the taking. If you are creative and resourceful enough to make what you want or need into a job, then you are creative and resourceful enough to make it into a career and be self employed. And new business grants can get you on your way.

Did you know that you can start your own small business from the ground up by claiming government business grants and get away without spending virtually any money at all? You most certainly can, and without spending one solid dime out of your pocket if you’re crafty enough to obtain funding through government business grants.

Each year, in efforts to help support a failing economy, the US government literally gives away billions of dollars in government business grants for people just like you and I to create small businesses in US communities. There are also a numerous amount of government business grants available to already established local businesses, large or small, who are wishing to expand, or provide advanced training for their staff members.

This is literally free government money that we’ve all already paid for in taxes, so you never need to pay it back. Ever. Although it may seem to good to be true, the government is actually required to give this money away to anyone, of any race, heritage, religion, or sex. As a US taxpayer, you may be entitled to some of this cash. Government business grants are one of the government’s ways of insuring future job opportunities to American citizens, as well as effortlessly contributing to urban development. It’s more of an investment rather than a “hand out”.

Small businesses drive the economy by providing paid services to their communities, which in turn generate profits for the owner, tax revenue for the government, and in many cases more jobs for local community members. For these reasons, the government is more than willing to distribute these funds in government business grants to individuals who prove to have a solid and well thought out business plan. It’s also somewhat of an insurance policy held by all taxpaying American citizens. Even if you’re unaware of it, you’ve already paid for these grants in tax money so it would be there when you need it. Take advantage of it!

If you are an American taxpaying citizen, over the age of eighteen, there are very few requirements to qualify for numerous amounts of government business grants to get you up and running, or expand your already existing local business. Again, this is free government money, and you will never be obligated to pay it back. With a solid and enterprising business plan you are more than likely to acquire the funds you need within a matter of weeks.

If you have an interest in starting or expanding your own business, before you commence the traditional procedure of business establishment by taking out high interest loans, explore the possibility of obtaining government business grants. Isn’t utilizing free government money a better way to start than instant debt?

I’m hoping that you don’t have an awful comb over. — too bad there’s no government grant program to do something about that hair! I guess when you’re a multimillionaire business tycoon you can get away with looking like, well, that. Who’d have thought that this is a man who’s built his real estate empire from the ground up by taking advantage of free government business grants.

One of the richest men, and most prominent real estate investors in American history actually got his start by utilizing government business grant programs. And still does! He made his first million (and billions to follow) on free government money, by rehabbing and reselling government properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. Now look at him.

Bill Gates is another one. Another millionaire who received funding through government business grants yet still sports an atrocious hair cut. You’d think these guys could afford a decent stylist since they have more than successfully benefited from free government money. This guy acquires enough government grant money to help create Microsoft, makes a gazillion dollars, and still looks like his wife puts a bowl over his head to cut his hair. I think that him and Trump should get themselves a business grant to establish a barber college.

Ross Perot, finally someone who appears to have visited a real barber on a regular basis. His ears are certainly something, but I guess there’s not much that can be done about those. Ross Perot made millions of dollars selling businesses he created partly with the use of government business grants, loans and contracts.

What is the difference between these men and you? Besides the lack of interest in fashionable contemporary hair styles and billions of dollars, not much. These business tycoons started off the same as you and I. With little more than ideas, dreams, and motivation. They difference is, they knew where to look for free government money. Anyone like you or I could become every bit as successful as Ross, or Trump, or Gates are if we apply ourselves to succeed and take advantage of all the free grant programs that the US government has made available to us. Government business grants can be acquired by any tax paying citizens over the age of eighteen and you can acquire several. As many as you are eligible to obtain.

If you take the time and effort to research the virtual hundreds of options in free government business grants available to you, you very well could become the next Donald Trump!

The US government, as well as many state, federal, private, and charitable organizations eagerly give away millions in small business and home grants to help citizens achieve the American dream. Of course we know that this free government money is not given away out of the goodness of their hearts. Except, perhaps by the charitable organizations.

Not only is it required by the government to award this free grant money to taxpayers, it is also a significant tax write off for the private institutions that offer small business grants and home grants. In addition, by offering business and home grants to American citizens, the government is actually investing in the equity of our under developed communities, while minimizing their own physical participation in the process. The free government money is awarded to citizens to develop the communities our selves.

By law, the government is required to set aside these funds, to be given away each year to tax paying citizens. By providing American citizens who apply for free government money with grants to start a business, or home grants for property purchases, remodeling, or maintenance, they are essentially investing directly into the urban development of those areas.

For instance, if the government awards you a grant to buy a home, then another to improve that home, this is an insurance policy for them. They know that if you are given free grant money to buy a home or improve your home, this will help to bring up property values in your neighborhood, hence enriching the community. In respect to urban development, it is in the governments best interests to distribute these home grants. Even more so for small business grants.

The government takes a particular interest in small business grants. These are an even better source of urban development investment. Federal agencies couldn’t be more willing to award free grant money to business owners or those who desire to become one. Simply, because small businesses help drive the economy. Small business grants are a preferred method of financial aid distribution for the government because they can potentially lead to quite profitable results for both the recipient and the community, and even the government itself.

By acquiring a small business grant to start or expand a business you are essentially helping your community. The government sees that by helping you create or expand a business will generate traffic through the community, promotes better employment opportunities and builds equity in our neighborhoods. This ultimately means that the government will reap the rewards of their investment in you in taxes. While you reap the rewards as well, without ever paying it back.

So in conclusion, don’t feel like the government is doing you a favor by giving you free grant money. You’re doing us all a favor by taking it!

If you are an American citizen and at least 18 years old, you may qualify to receive minority small business grants to help with your start up costs or to expand your business. This money is available with very few conditions and you’ll never be asked to pay it back.

That’s what makes this financing option the preferred method for minority business owners and entrepreneurs. Unlike small business loans, you may not have to make a down payment and you won’t need a cosigner. You just need a good idea and show how you plan to make money.

Minority small business grants can help you launch your product or service without taking the financial risk too. With a business loan, for example, you have to repay the money even if your business happens to fail. With minority grants for small businesses, however, you don’t have to repay the funds even if your business can’t get off the ground running. Once you are awarded the money it can be yours to keep.

The first step to obtain free grant money is to find the funding options that are available. You can find money from your local and state government, the federal government, private foundation grants, and non-profit organizations that support minority business people.

Once you find the funds, it is as simply as submitting an application. A grant agent will review your application and, if you qualify, send you the money.

Since there is no limit on the number of grants you can apply for, it is possible to get approved for a number of grant programs. Theirs is nothing wrong with that. In fact, many people use the services of grant writers to help them apply for and get approved for as many grants as possible.

Every year, more business grants for women are made available at local and state levels to help entrepreneurs finance their start-up costs or just to keep their business alive. The success of small businesses in local communities is detrimental to the success and growth of the towns. More and more of these businesses are being started and run by women.

This is largely a result of many stay at home mothers starting an online home-based business. With home-based businesses, anyone with a laptop and an internet connection can start earning money immediately. That, in itself, classifies as a business, and the government wants to help you make it grow.

Before you apply for business grants for women, here are four important things you need to know:

Business grants for women are offered through local, state and national government agencies. Your local government has the greatest interest in the success of your business, which means they are the easier grants to get approved for. On the other hand, state and national business grants for women can often provide more funding for your business.

The size of the grant check you can receive can range anywhere from $5,000 to $200,000. This largely depends on the amount of funding available, how many people are applying for free grant money, and how creative you can be on your application when it comes to your financial needs.

Small business grants for women are available for any business type. Even if you have an online home-based business that you run out of your bedroom, you can still obtain thousands of dollars for new equipment, your eclectic bill, advertising, and outsourcing your work.

Federally funded grants for women businesses is money you never have to pay back. Once you receive your check, it is yours to spend and you’ll never have to repay it.

Receiving these checks is just a matter of applying for them. Some grants have a pretty extensive application process, but many of them just take an online application.

To find business grants for women that you qualify for, all you need is access to the government grant database. When you request a copy of the free grant kit, you’ll have access to the free grant money that is available to you today.

Of the $700 billion dollars in free grant money that is made available every year, the government allocates at least 25 percent of those funds specifically as free grants for businesses. These small business grants come in all different sizes. But receiving a check for $50,000 is not uncommon.

The government gives this money away for one purpose. To promote economic growth. America is mostly made up of small towns with small businesses, and it is the entrepreneurs that own these businesses that keep America running strong. Without their success, the economy suffers.

While small business is critical to the success of American economic development, it is the entrepreneur that takes on all the risk. The biggest risk, of course, is money, which is why free grants for businesses are made available in order to help you start or expand your small business.

Here’s the kicker… This is money that never has to be repaid.

How Do Grants for Businesses Work?

Every year the government budgets grant programs through hundreds of government agencies. Some are through your local/town government, your state, and also national programs. These agencies receive the allocated grant funds and charged with the job of giving the money away to qualified applicants.

The interesting part is that these programs are not advertised in any way. The federal government does not have a marketing or advertising department, so it is completely up to the small business owner to find out about these free grant money offers.

While the processors that review the applications are required to give the money away to qualified applicants, many of these programs simply don’t receive enough applications. But when the money is not given away, the funds are drastically reduced the following year, and a budget cut is never good for the government agency. That’s why you’ll often find that these processors just approve application after application. Their job is to give the money away and the don’t want to deal with the consequences.

What Kind of Free Grants for Businesses Are Available?

You can get a check in the mail in as little as a week, and it doesn’t matter what kind of business you own. There are grants available for specific businesses, but the local governments don’t usually care. They just want the community to grow and bring in more money for the city. That’s why individuals selling stuff on eBay from their homes are getting checks for $50,000 or more.

Just list on your application what you need for your business to succeed, which can be anything from office space to computers and fax machines. As long as it is a business expense, you’ll never have to repay the money.

How Do I Find The Available Grants for Businesses?

Finding available grants for businesses is really the easy part. Most entrepreneurs are so programmed to get bank loans and max out their credit cards that they never even think to consider obtaining free grant money from the government.

Best of all, grants for businesses are nothing like loans. There’s no credit check, no collateral, and no cosigner needed. All you have to do is submit your application. Since there is no limit as to the number of grants for businesses you can receive , you can apply to as many offers as you like.

The first step is to request a free grant kit. This will give you immediate and unlimited access to the government database so you can quickly find the free money you need. Once you find the money the money that is available to you, the grant software will complete and submit the application for you if you like.

There’s a small $1.99 fee to pay for postage for the software, but it is an investment that your business can hopefully afford and the potential return is well worth the small fee.

Without question this should include a search for government business grants. The government is financially vested to help you succeed, and they can provide you with the money you need without all the hassle.

Just by submitting a simple grant application, you can receive a check from the government for anything from $5,000 – $200,000.

There’s no credit check, no down payment, no collateral needed, and best of all — you will never be asked to repay this money.

When your small business succeeds, your community succeeds with new jobs and tax money coming back into the system. Government business grants offer a a win-win situation. A bank only wants you to succeed so you can repay your debt, but the government wants you to succeed so it can make more money to put back into the community.

That’s why the best government business grants you’ll find are typically from your local and state governments. While there are many federally funded programs, your local government has a direct interest in your business and budgets millions of dollars to assist small business development.

Receive Money for Payroll

Free Grant Money for Office Equipment

Reimbursed Attorney Fees

There are many uses for government business grants, and the terms can be quite flexible. Once approved, the funds can typically be used for anything business related, but you’ll carefully want to review the terms for the cash you receive. If you spend the money for anything other than the grant was approved for and you are caught doing it, the government can make you pay back the money.

Step 1: Request Access the the Grant Database

The fastest way to get your government business grants is to search through the database included in the free grant kit.

Once you place your request for your free grant kit, you’ll have instant and unlimited access to over 3,000 grants available nationally and through your local government. From there, it is as simple as asking for the money.
