Those who plan to embark upon new business ventures and are in the process of pooling financial resources may qualify for a government business loan. A small business grant may be exactly the preliminary financial boost that you need to get your plan into action. The start up costs and overhead expenses alone can be financially exhausting to any new businessperson struggling to get up and running, and the government is willing to help.

No matter how promising your well thought out business plan may appear to be on paper, and how much hope and faith you may have in your potential success, it is not always as easy to convince lenders of your capabilities. A majority of banks and credit unions will require some form of collateral as a condition of financing, or they may charge additional interest in lieu of material security deposits.

However, should you choose to look to the United States government for financial assistance, a government business loan will most likely be a much more attractive option when investigating investment options.

In many cases, the government will award low interest cash loans directly to the qualified applicants. This method of financing is generally practiced among the small to moderate sized establishments who request small business loans. A simple procedure to create a simple business is ultimately the way it works, eliminating the middle man and enabling a direct payment plan between Uncle Sam and the new business owner or proprietor. In instances where the applicant is embarking on a much larger and expensive endeavor, the government may not be so willing to hand over the money, but, they are still willing to assist you in acquiring it.

For establishments and corporations that require exorbitant amounts of start up funding, the government is often willing to provide government secured bank loans. What this means is that even though the United States government may not be able, or willing to allow you the government business loan that you need out of their funds, they will be willing to guarantee an outside lender, that if you become unable to repay your loan, they may back you.

The government sometimes will back the loan of a promising business proposition up to one hundred percent, creating the opportunity for the borrow to achieve the very lowest interest fees possible, and not having to provide any form of collateral.

The government is willing to help American citizens much more than most people realize. Particularly those who show promise to succeed in the business community because they provide jobs to community members, support American economy, and increase tax revenue. So look to the US government when embarking on any new business ventures, before signing your life away to high interest lenders. A government business loan can make your start up costs, and stresses, a whole lot easier.

What used to be a well kept secret to success in America’s ethnic communities is rapidly becoming a more frequently applied strategy for American minorities. The cat is out of the bag and minority grants are no longer a mystery to the members of ethnic communities.

The Census Bureau of the Department of Commerce recently reported that the number of minority owned businesses has increased nearly four times than what it was in 1997. In just over a decade the amount of minority owned businesses increases from 2.1 million to over 2.8. A whopping 0.6 percent. Documentation shows that one of the reasons for this remarkable and unforeseen elevation is that a great deal of these businesses were established by American minorities by obtaining financial assistance through minority grant programs.

The government awards billions of dollars each year in minority grant money to American minority citizens who wish to purchase a home, build a home, remodel a home, or start or expand a small business. By awarding this free government money in minority grants the government is not only living up to their financial obligation to the minority population, they are also aiding in urban development, cultural enrichment, and even boosting the economy. Providing minority grants to community members for the above mentioned purposes can dramatically improve the current situations in numerous ways.

Minority grants for home improvements can help rehabilitate urban properties, hence raising property values. And minority business grants are an extremely useful resource for small minority entrepreneurs to build, create and expand their small ethnic businesses. This creates more job opportunities for other minority community members, raises profits, and generates tax revenues. In the big picture, giving away free government money in minority grants is good for the economy and overall just good for the ethnic community and it’s members.

Qualifying for minority grants requires little more than just falling into the minority category. Many are surprised at how many minority groups there actually are. It was once commonly assumed that only Hispanic or African Americans were considered minorities, however, this is untrue. There are many more and all of them are may be eligible to receive free government financial assistance through minority grant programs. There are many more, but the most common acknowledged minority groups are; Hispanics, African Americans, Asians, Native Americans, the handicapped (mentally, physically or otherwise), and women.

*All women are considered minorities regardless of race or heritage.

If you fall into any of these categories, you may be eligible to receive some of this free government money to improve your home, start your own business, and enhance your ethnic community. Why not look to minority grants to enrich your life and promote your culture?

I’m hoping that you don’t have an awful comb over. — too bad there’s no government grant program to do something about that hair! I guess when you’re a multimillionaire business tycoon you can get away with looking like, well, that. Who’d have thought that this is a man who’s built his real estate empire from the ground up by taking advantage of free government business grants.

One of the richest men, and most prominent real estate investors in American history actually got his start by utilizing government business grant programs. And still does! He made his first million (and billions to follow) on free government money, by rehabbing and reselling government properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. Now look at him.

Bill Gates is another one. Another millionaire who received funding through government business grants yet still sports an atrocious hair cut. You’d think these guys could afford a decent stylist since they have more than successfully benefited from free government money. This guy acquires enough government grant money to help create Microsoft, makes a gazillion dollars, and still looks like his wife puts a bowl over his head to cut his hair. I think that him and Trump should get themselves a business grant to establish a barber college.

Ross Perot, finally someone who appears to have visited a real barber on a regular basis. His ears are certainly something, but I guess there’s not much that can be done about those. Ross Perot made millions of dollars selling businesses he created partly with the use of government business grants, loans and contracts.

What is the difference between these men and you? Besides the lack of interest in fashionable contemporary hair styles and billions of dollars, not much. These business tycoons started off the same as you and I. With little more than ideas, dreams, and motivation. They difference is, they knew where to look for free government money. Anyone like you or I could become every bit as successful as Ross, or Trump, or Gates are if we apply ourselves to succeed and take advantage of all the free grant programs that the US government has made available to us. Government business grants can be acquired by any tax paying citizens over the age of eighteen and you can acquire several. As many as you are eligible to obtain.

If you take the time and effort to research the virtual hundreds of options in free government business grants available to you, you very well could become the next Donald Trump!

There are many misconceptions about who is eligible for free government money and why. In this article I’m going to try to dispel some of the inaccurate theories that many Americans have about government grants and financial aid. Perhaps more people will take advantage of all the wonderful grant programs that the government has to offer if they understand how the financial aid system works and who is eligible.

In response to the question, “Who is eligible?” there is one simple answer… anyone at least 18 years old can apply. It is commonly assumed that only low income families or individuals qualify to receive grants and financial assistance from the government. This is completely untrue. Though many grants may be specifically designed for those who fall into the low income category, there are still a vast variety of government grant programs that cater to the middle and upper class society.

Even major million dollar corporations are taking advantage of free government money year after year. Obtaining government business grants are how many of them got their start.

Most Americans may be eligible to receive multiple grants and financial aid for virtually dozens of reasons. If you take the time to diligently sort through the hundreds of government grant programs, you are likely to find several that you can apply to and potentially receive. There is no limit to how many grants you may acquire as long as you qualify for each. Just because you may not meet the eligibility requirements for one particular grant program, does not mean you won’t qualify for another type of financial aid to suit the same purpose.

Say, for instance, you’re a small business owner looking to expand your business. For whatever reason, you are not eligible for a particular small business grant. You just so happen to be a minority. Because of this, you may be eligible for a minority grant that will finance the same project as the business grant would have. You just need to learn the ins and outs of finding the specific grants that you are eligible for.

If you are an American citizen over the age of eighteen, you may be eligible to receive free government money. There are many grant writing kits accessible online, and you can also find various federal and private agencies that can help you in your government grant search and application process.

Billions of dollars in free government grant money goes unclaimed each year simply because people are misinformed or unaware. Now that you know the truth about government grants, you can find the ones that will benefit you.

It’s no secret that the Hispanic population in America is growing at a tremendous rate, and Hispanic grants are helping this minority demographic obtain college degrees and start their own small businesses. While Hispanics may be the minority now, the government projects that by the year 2020 they no longer will be the minority. So far they have already proved themselves to be successful business leaders and have an ability to keep America growing strong.

The Hispanic grants that are available both through the government and through private foundations offer terrific options for those in need of financial assistance. There are hundreds of programs with millions of dollars available for all different types of needs. There are grants for low-income families and high-income families, no credit and good credit…

While the largest allocation of free grant money for Hispanics is set aside for students and business owners, there are many other ways to cash in and receive assistance. The best part is that when awarded the money, it never has to be paid back if used appropriately.

Types of Hispanic Grants

The list of available Hispanic grants is long, but just to name a few of the different funding options regularly available:

Hispanic College Grants for First Generation Students

Grants to Help Expand Hispanic Owned Businesses

Free Grant Money for New Hispanic Start Up Businesses

In addition to these programs specifically for the Hispanic community, there are thousands of other grant programs available to any American citizen. For example, there are grants to help first time home buyers with down payment money, grants to help people pay medical bills, and even grants to start your own daycare center.

Once you find and qualify to receive these funds, just use it for the intended purpose and you’ll never have to repay it. With billions of dollars in free grant money available, see how much you can claim.

The list of government grants for minorities continues to grow year over year, and as more minority men and women continue to thrive in the business and seek college degrees, free grant money will continue to be made available to those who ask for it.

At the moment, there is over $700 billions of dollars in free grant money available to Americans, and a big portion of that is specifically designed to help minorities succeed in business, at home and with their personal finances. While a big portion of these funds are to help small business and college students, there are hundreds of other programs available.

Who Qualifies for Grants for Minorities

These grants are available to American citizens who are at least 18 years old. The various research, small business, student and other grants available to minority groups each have their own eligibility requirements. Once you view the grants that are available, you’ll see exactly what the criteria is to obtain these funds.

Grants for African Americans

Asian American Grants

Grants for Hispanics

All of these grant programs, and many others, help minority people get out of debt, start their own business, go back to college, and even purchase their first home. What makes these grants different than your traditional loans is that the application and approval process is different than any other. Typically there is no credit check, no down payment, no co-signer needed, and in many cases you do not have to show proof of income. As long as you meet the eligibility requirements, may receive a check in the mail for several thousand dollars.

When you do, you will never be asked to repay the money.

If you are an American citizen and at least 18 years old, you may qualify to receive minority small business grants to help with your start up costs or to expand your business. This money is available with very few conditions and you’ll never be asked to pay it back.

That’s what makes this financing option the preferred method for minority business owners and entrepreneurs. Unlike small business loans, you may not have to make a down payment and you won’t need a cosigner. You just need a good idea and show how you plan to make money.

Minority small business grants can help you launch your product or service without taking the financial risk too. With a business loan, for example, you have to repay the money even if your business happens to fail. With minority grants for small businesses, however, you don’t have to repay the funds even if your business can’t get off the ground running. Once you are awarded the money it can be yours to keep.

The first step to obtain free grant money is to find the funding options that are available. You can find money from your local and state government, the federal government, private foundation grants, and non-profit organizations that support minority business people.

Once you find the funds, it is as simply as submitting an application. A grant agent will review your application and, if you qualify, send you the money.

Since there is no limit on the number of grants you can apply for, it is possible to get approved for a number of grant programs. Theirs is nothing wrong with that. In fact, many people use the services of grant writers to help them apply for and get approved for as many grants as possible.
