I recently wrote about government funded home improvement grants for residential home owners. These are fabulous programs that distribute billions of non repayable free government money to taxpaying American citizens to repair or remodel their homes to the extent of their choosing. This form of government financial aid is not only available citizens who are in need of repairing the homes they live in. There is a variety of home improvement grants designed to help those who are embarking on building repairs as a form of profit generating business. Thousands of up and coming real estate developers have gotten off to a profitable start by using home improvement grants as well.

Have you ever heard of Donald Trump? Yes, even “The Donald” got his start in real estate by taking advantage of government funded home improvement grants, business grants, and home buyers grants. And he still does.

The government has a great interest in urban development. Making our communities more attractive and desirable increases property values, which in turn helps the economy, ultimately leading to more taxes paid to the government. Being that the government is required by law to distribute billions of dollars in free grant money to taxpayers each and every year, home improvement grants are a preferred method of distribution for them. This type of grant is more of an investment in the community than a “hand out,” so to speak.

If you are interested in purchasing one, or even several, run down properties in low income areas and rehabilitating them for resale or to use as rental properties, and acquire the funding through home improvement grants, you’re actually doing the government a huge favor. They’ll be more than eager to award you the funds. They’ve made a commitment to clean up otherwise unlivable properties, without lifting a finger, while at the same time unloading generous amounts of free government money that they are required to give away. Not to mention the fact that you are creating more jobs and housing for your community members. This works to your advantage as well because you never have to pay home improvement grant money back, nor pay taxes on it, and one hundred percent of the profit is yours to keep.

The government and various private foundations offer billions of dollars in real estate grants to assist individuals with their mortgage payments, stop foreclosure, and even help first time home buyers with coming up with down payment money for the purchase of their new home. Real estate grants are also available to investors and real estate agents.

With a broad range of grants for homes and mortgages available, there are many opportunities for tax paying citizens to obtain the cash they need to finance their real estate properties.

Eligibility requirements differ from program to program, but as long as you are at least 18 years old, you can apply as many real estate grants as you like. Because there is no limit on the number of grants you can be awarded , you could receive multiple checks for thousands of dollars a piece. You very well could obtain…

$27,000 Real Estate Grant to Stop Foreclosure

$12,000 Home Improvement Grants

$19,000 First Time Home Buyer Grants

Do You Qualify for Real Estate Grants?

The government sponsors and supports these programs as a way to help the economy run smoothly and keep the real estate market working properly. That’s why billions of dollars has been provided to help people save their home from going into foreclosure with home mortgage grants. These programs not only provide families with the money they need to keep their house, but it prevents a major mortgage crisis, which could cripple the economy.

No Credit Check

No Down Payment or Collateral

Free Money — Never Repay

First time home buyer grants and home improvement grants are awarded to individuals as a way to keep the housing trend going up. The quicker homes sell, and the less homes that are on the market, the better the industry performs on a whole, which is essential to the health of the economy. In addition, your local government may provide cash incentives to promote the development of certain neighborhoods or communities. Just by buying in a particular area, individuals could qualify to receive help with their down payment or closing costs.

Home improvement grants increase property values not only for your home, but for the surrounding homes in the community. As a result, the government earns back the real estate grants they give away by collecting more tax dollars As a result of increased home values, a higher tax bills can be assessed, new businesses are attracted to the community, and population expands. It’s an opportunity for individuals to partner with the government and experience a win-win situation.

If I had known about first time home buyer grants just a few short weeks ago, I would now be shopping for a new home, with absolutely no up front costs what so ever to me. I also would be putting nearly eleven thousand dollars into my own property, rather than handing over nine hundred dollars every month to my landlord.

I just signed a year long lease for the “apartment of my dreams”. Shortly after moving in, I began finding multiple construction and maintenance issues. My landlord is less than motivated to lift a finger or invest any money into improving the property, so in efforts to make it livable for my family, I reluctantly proceeded with repairing and redecorating the unit myself. Several hundred dollars later, I began exploring the options of home improvement grants in hopes of persuading my landlord to find free government funding to help rehab this money pit!

I love redecorating and making it look like my own, but it’s still not mine so why invest? Anyway, to my astonishment I discovered that there are a significant number of first time home buyer grants that I am eligible for. I had no idea that all it took was a well written proposal and some patience and determination to acquire enough first time home buyer grants to completely finance the down payment for the purchase of a new home. If I had known this, I certainly would not have just signed away twelve months and eleven thousands dollars in rent! Not to mention all the money I’ve spent in giving this place a much needed face lift!

It really scared me when the landlord mentioned that he didn’t want to put much work or money into the building because he was considering selling it. This was when I decided it best not to spend any more of my own money on repairs and try to direct him to home improvement grants. Once I stumbled upon the concept of first time home buyer grants, I formed a whole new strategy. I’ll be keeping the whole grant program secret to myself, I won’t spend a penny, and will still have the beautiful home of my dreams. Ah yes, it will be mine.

Instead of sharing with my landlord the valuable nuggets of information I have found regarding home improvement grants, I will be spending the next twelve months of my lease writing proposals for as many first time home buyer grants as I can find. I’ll also be lining up home improvement grants for repairs. And do you know why?

Because I am going to buy this building from my landlord using free government money, that’s why! And then I’m going to acquire even more free government money to finish what I started and remodel it. But this time, it will be mine!

One of the great secrets is the availability of home mortgage grants. With the right resources, you can obtain free money to buy a new home, pay your mortgage to escape foreclosure, and even get cash to help pay for home improvement costs. While the government is the agency that typically provides these funds, they can frequently be found by private foundations and non-profit organizations that benefit from the tax incentives.

The government is motivated to give away this money to tax paying American citizens. After all, it is a good investment for them. Home improvement grants, for example, can help you pay the for labor and materials cost for your expansion or upgrades. Meanwhile, the value of your home and the homes of your community increase, and the government can asses and collect higher real estate taxes in your neighborhood. You get the cash you need to pay for your home repair costs, and the government makes out in the long-term.

Home owners interested in receiving a home improvement grant to help finance their remodeling plans may be able to obtain free grant money. Since home improvement often means an increase in property value and a reduction in energy usage, the government may be willing to help you pay for those changes. Whether you are making some small updates to your home or considering a large expansion, there may be grant funds that you can claim.

Another Example is the availability of home mortgage grants they give to people who are having trouble making their loan payments. When a family can’t make their mortgage payment, the next thing you know they bank takes the home back. As a result, the bank is forced to write off hundreds of thousands of dollars from just one home. Multiply that by the millions of Americans losing their homes, and all of the sudden the entire financial system is at risk.

When families fail at coming up with enough money to escape foreclosure, the entire banking system fails. When the bank fails, the economy crumbles. That is why the government has already spent over $700 billion in bailing people out of their homes just in 2008. It is their responsibility to make sure America keeps growing and that families keep their homes, which is why anyone having trouble making their payments can request a home mortgage grants.

Home Mortgage Grants for New Home Owners

Those having trouble making their mortgage payments and facing foreclosure are not the only ones getting free money from the government. While they work hard to prevent the economy from going into a major depression, they must also work to keep it moving forward. That is primarily done keeping employment rates high, helping small business owners succeed, ensuring that every individual has an ability to get an education, and by making home ownership a reality to Americans.

When people buy homes, it is good for everyone. Homes in the community continue to appreciate, the government benefits from collecting real estate taxes, and home builders keep people employed. That is why the National Housing Index is often used by economists to determine how well the economy is doing as a whole.

First time home buyer in particular may have an opportunity to get free grant money to help:

Provide Money for Down Payments

Cover Closing Costs

Pay for Remodeling, Upgrades and Moving Costs

Mortgage Grants for Investors

But it doesn’t end with new home mortgage grants… real estate investors are also collecting free grant money and real estate grants to help pay for their investment properties. As opportunities and need for community development, gentrification and rehabilitation increases, the government helps investors reduce their financial risk. By providing cash incentives with real estate investment grants, there is not only a financial reward to to investing in real estate, there is an opportunity to give back to the long term health and growth of the community.
