I recently gained custody of five children who lost their mother to cancer. She was only 30 years old. Their ages are 15; 11; 10; 9 years and an 18 month old,

I live in a small three bedroom home that needs repairs and additional rooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. I am looking for a grant to add on to my home and make much needed repairs.

I recently applied for disability for health reason so that makes it hard to obtain a loan.

Can you please assist me in finding a grant

Im looking for a grant for my grandmothers house. total repairs are greatly needed such as electric,plumbing,wall,ceiling,floors and big pest problem. ever since my granfather was stricken with alzhimers every thing went downhill from there and now he s gone granma really needs help. waters leaking causing warped floors and causing ceilings to colapes. electical wires keep burning them selves out. due to old wireing.kitchens up and down stairs need remodeling. the basement floods when the sewer clogs up. and the driveway and the backyard i sinking in her great grandchildren cant even play back there. can you please help me help my grand mother.

I hired a contractor to redo my roof and make my deck into a room. I ended up with leaks from roof in every room on the back side of the house. In the center of my kitchen. And in my new room. I had just put in new insulation which I am sure got wet from the leaks. Two of the windows in my new room went bad. Moisture between the windows. I have lost my job of 15yrs and am now working making just enough to pay my bills. I have no way to make these repairs. The contractors has since then gone out of business. Is there any help for me?

We were just approved for a 203K loan to add a master bedroom suite and a family room to our house, after deciding to stay in the old neighborhood. The existing house is in need of some renovations to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The 203K loan will not cover the existing home. Please help!!!!

I am in need of a new roof, after the past storms in California it is now leaking very badly. It is an old wood shingle roof and the high winds have blown allot of shingles off. It needs to be replaced with new asphalt shingles and to do that it will need sheets of OSB put down to install a new roof on. I am disabled; my wife may be loosing her job (unknown at this time). We just don’t have that kind of money to put out all at one time, I need more energy efficient repairs done but the roof is the most important one at this time
If any one has any tips, web sites phone numbers originations would be very helpful.
