I am looking for government grants for first time home buyers in the state of PA. I need this grant becuase i am a single mother and would love to move out of my parents house. Do you have any information on how to apply for the grants.

My husband and I are in the process of looking for our first home to purchase. My husband is a very hard worker and I am a full time student. We are in dire need of assistance for a grant in order to help with the down payment and closing cost. We are in a three bedroom apartment with our four children (girls 15 and 11; boys 17 and 8). If you can assistant us in anyway or show us how to obtain the necessary paper work so we can get these grants rolling it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
