    Dear sir,

I am a retired electronics engineer. I and several other retired engineers want to create a new business of consulting enginneers. It will be our purpose to provide engineering services in both product development and design, as well as civil engineering. We have all been in business, and will be able to retain most of our old established customers. We will need start up funding in the range of seven hundred thousand. We will require shop and lab equipment as well as good work station capable computer facillities. This will provide at least twelve full time high-tech jobs in house. It will stimulate many more jobs withih the projects we lay out for our clients.

We have strong intrest in new leading technologies such as Nano Technology, and Thin Film Substrate Technology. We are also deeply imbedded in the integration of this technology for public safety and military applications.

For insatnce, we know how to fix the world problem of Responding Emergency crashes with inattentive motorist. We not only know how to fix this, but we can fix it without any cost to a city. This program alone will address a world wide market. The jobs created by this program alone will create thousands of jobs all over the world.

Example number 2: I am one of the engineers originally commissioned by the DOD to work on a program designed to put an end to battlefield casualties due to friendly fire. The technology wasn’t available at that time to accomplish what we wanted to do. It does now.

Give us old guys enough money to do what we want to do, and you won’t believe what you have unleashed. Properly funded, we are capable of starting new industries capable of spurring economic development all over the country.

The income from our old customers will make the shop a nice profit. We will not require periodic injections of capitol to remain afloat.
