I have been doing reserch to buy for a three years now. I am 23 years old and I am having a hard time trying to buy a house because of my age. I have some money saved up for a down payment but all the lenders tell me that its not enought and to come back in a couple of years. I do not want to wait as I pay 700.00 in rent at this time and feel that I am wasting my money. I rather be putting it in to a home, can you help me?
